The central location provided easy access to local attractions. The staff showed really good friendliness and provided helpful service throughout my stay. My room included a dressing gown, along with tea and coffee making facilities. I found the hotel clean, modern and the room perfect.

The small size of the sinks in the bathroom made them somewhat difficult to use.

the room had great colors and was pretty. it also felt spacious. i thought the staff were lovely. they was friendly and helpful to me.

the street was so noisy at night, a real bother. it seemed like my room was right next to a club, it went on till 3am. using whatsapp to order room service seemed odd, i dont like that there was an additional cost to use the message service.

comfortable bedbathroom layoutair conditioning unit

the location was good and the bed comfortable.

i booked a suite that supposedly had two ensuite bathrooms however one bathroom was ensuite while the other was downstairs. the air conditioning unit in the master bedroom leaked it drenched everything in one of our cases. my daughter was left with nothing dry to wear and her clothes were stained.

the decor and ambience really were really good. we got an upgrade and the room was wow. i really appreciated the attention to detail on the interior design, especially the artwork and crushed velvet bed throws.

the lighting was very dim. one of the lights didn't work. i found the room really dark which wasn't ideal for makeup, the staff said it was part of their aesthetic. the bedroom was quite tight too, and the roof sloped down, really awkward.

opulent designcold shower

The room design was quite opulent. It included many extras.

There was an issue with hot water in the evening. The shower was freezing cold. I could not shower before leaving the hotel for a concert. This was a bit disappointing.
